Fair priced organic chia seeds. I'd definitely purchase again. I use these to add to my post workout shake. They taste great. Interesting consistency. I would however drink my shake right away when I add chia because they tend to coagulate and if left long in a liquid medium they can become kind if gooey.

Plant-Based Omega-3

The Alive and Aware Natural Health brand of Organic Chia Seeds, is another way to obtain our omega-3 fatty acids into our diets; as an adjunct, or in lieu of fish oils.
I like this brand and I will continue to purchase their organic seeds. These chia seeds are great-tasting, free of pebble debris and the company offers a 5% discount when reordering.
