With so much information to learn and so little time to read, I found this item to be very helpful in saving me time while providing me with the information I needed regarding the Chia seed and its benefits. I wish there were more like this for other superfoods.

I'm new at trying to eat right, chia seeds were my first choice and with out this cheat sheet I would have been doing it all wrong. The fact it's laminated makes it perfect for kitchen use.
