 Works well, Very gentle

wonderful program, works great. No running to the bathroom, I did it last summer and am looking to do it again. Not too inconvenient, For the fiber, I advise mixing with very small a smoothie, it is the best tasting and you can get it over with quicker. Drink 2 liters of water a day, you will back up if you don't!! My stomach was flatter, I felt soooo energized and overall felt great. Totally worth it!! I dont like the taste of the paranil, so I slacked on it. Being a vegetarian I like to think I don't have parasites but who knows. The tea is yummy! Well worth it, visit the website.
