Glad my doctor recommended this supplement

After being on a "statin" type medication to lower cholesterol for 90+ days, I mentioned to my doctor that I had felt a bit energyless - in fact, I had felt plain tired and dull-minded. I liked the results I was getting from the statin med (my "bad" cholesterol is now below 100), and wanted to stay on it, but also wanted the lack of energy to go away. He told me that statin medications have a tendency to reduce CoQ10 enzyme in the body, and advised that I pick up a 100mg-daily supplement of this. I found it at a great price here on Amazon (at retail, it's a little pricey) and set it up for regular shipments every 60 days. I'm very pleased to report that my energy and focus levels have significantly increased since taking this product - the change has been quite noticeable! THANK YOU to my doctor, and to "Doctor's Best" for such a great supplement - you've made a real difference for me.

Effective energy booster

I feel more energetic throughout the day since I have been taking this CoQ10. I am 43, and I have read that one's natural supply of CoQ10 begins to decline at age 20. This supplement really seems to be making a difference for me. I notice it most late in the day, when I used to really "run out of gas." I take one every 12 hours, though, because I have read that once a day is not enough to maintain levels in the blood stream.

I decided to start taking CoQ10 since I heard from a friend who's obsessed with vitamins that CoQ10 supports heart function. I've been taking these for sometime now and I feel good about it. Heart disease run in my family, and so far I haven't had any problems yet, so i am sticking with my regimen. All you need to take is one small softgel that is very easy to swallow with no aftertaste.
