 I like it

Like so many, I'm trying to lose those last 10 lb.. After reading "Body Confidence" by Mark MacDonald, I started implementing his strategy of protein, carb, fat into 5 small meals. So this packs a good punch for a low amount of calories and isn't some ridiculous 6oz serving. The taste is pretty good, but like some others have mentioned, has a bit of a chalky bite to it. I'd definitely get it again.

 Tastes Great!

This protein powder tastes great! I've been using this as my breakfast almost every morning since April 2010 (this review is Dec 2010). Mixes easily, and tastes great. It has a good chocolate taste and doesn't give me gas.

Elite 12 hour protein

Great protein supplement with a good taste for the money. I usually go for Muscletech Nitro-Tech, protein supplement, but this one will do just fine.
