 Helps with Endurance minus jittery feeling

I really liked the idea of taking an energy drink that didn't make you jittery or give you that sick feeling. I, for one, am sick and tired of taking fat burner pills that make me feel like I want to vomit an hour after I take them. I can say that I have noticed a marked improvement in my daily energy level from taking this product. The energy boost isn't distinct or very strong, it just gives you the endurance to get through the day.
I'm in the final stages of losing alot of weight and achieving a goal I set for myself almost a year ago now. I would recommend this product but also I have been taking Raspberry Ketones Bulk Powder 50 Grams which I read an article about the energy boosting and appetite suppressant effects BEFORE hearing about it on Dr. Oz. Neither product has caused me jitters or a crash afterwards. I'm happy to find them and look forward to June 1st (my baby's b-day and my deadline to reach my goal!).

 Didn't give any noticeable engergy..

I felt no energy difference, and I wasn't even looking for an espresso-type pick me up or anything. I gave it 2 stars because it is delicious, and has healthy ingredients.

 Caution if a statin user

Anyone on a statin drug should not use products with Quercetin as it's a potent inhibtor of CYP3A4, the enzyme that breaks down most drugs in the body (the same reason why you shouldn't eat or drink grapefruit if you use statins). Unfortunately the FRS website doesn't post this anywhere and it's only after you order and receive your order confirmation that they show a note "you can read more about Quercetin at QuercetinFacts.com" which is where this information is posted. Not cool FRS.
