Gaspari Nutrition PlasmaJet Capsules, 160-Count Box

This isn't my first time using PlasmaJet, but it is my first time buying it from Amazon. I haven't seen it cheaper anyplace else, though I heard that gaspari was going to lower the price at all its retailers.

I'm a personal trainer, yoga instructor, used to work at GNC in college, and am now completing doctoral course work in kinesiology at a big 10 university. So trust me when I say that this product is probably one of the very best on the nitric oxide market.

However, in order to maximize your gains and make the most of your money, I'd recommend a few things in order to ensure the greatest benefit from the use of plasmajet:

1-Your training and nutrition should be really dialed in (this should be fairly obvious, but you'd be surprised..#.

2-I wouldn't use PJ on a cardio day, unless you use swimming as your cardio, which I in fact would recommend as the best scenario. In that case, you could use the PJ for 4 days in a row followed by 3 off, with major muscle pairings on alternate days of swimming hard laps.

3-You'd probably see a little more benefit as well, if you're already fairly lean #ie. 12%bf and below) which will allow for even greater vascularity. Until that point, a high dose of straight arginine would be fine.

4-Lastly, if you're doing your training in the early AM, you'd want to stack this with a pre-workout supp, like Jacked3D or Blackpowder. In my opinion, though, you'd be a little better off training in the evening after you've had 3-4 quality meals. This way you're getting your energy from food, and not stims, which works more synergistically with the PJ. You should also be able to train a bit harder after several meals, which has stand alone benefits.

It's under these conditions that I've seen the best results when using plasmajet. This review assumes you're looking to achieve a very muscular and lean body type. I couldn't really speak from experience regarding a bodybuilding bulking phase/weight gaining diet, which may have it's own set of 'tweaks'.
