This product does not enable me to deliberately consume gluten

If you are looking for a way to eat gluten because you have Celiac Disease and must be on a gluten free diet, this product will not be helpful.

If you are looking for a product that will keep you from getting sick from hidden gluten when you are out and about and cannot totally control your food environment, this product can be useful.

I take it with me and use it whenever I eat out or at someones home. Even if I am pretty sure what I'm eating is safe/gluten free. What is or is not gluten is not always clear to some (Even professionals) so I'd rather be safe.

these actually work!

i have tried other brands which didnt work at all. the some said to only take one and i had to take 4 to get my stomach to stop hurting after just eating a few contaminated chips. This brand is my favorite! the other enzymes in it help my stomach alot too! i am very excited to find a product that actually works!

Works for GI upset, but not for systemic food intolerance symptoms

First of all, if you have Celiac, DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT TO TRY AND CHEAT ON YOUR DIET!! You can still be getting intestinal damage from gluten even if you have no symptoms! I was excited about this product because I have an intolerance to dairy as well as having celiac, and was hoping that I could eat dairy after taking this! My daughter, who is 13, gets severe migraines with dairy, so I was praying that it would work for her. I get severe bloating and constipation when I eat dairy; this product did lessen those symptoms quite a bit, but I did get headaches each time (which I usually don't get). My daughter tried this and ate some ice cream. Although she didn't get a migraine right away, she did get a severe one 2 days later (you can react to a food up to 3 days after eating it), so she has decided that it doesn't work and doesn't want to try it again. Can't tell if the migraine was a coincidence, or if the product doesn't work for systemic food intolerance symptoms. Guess you will just have to try it for yourself! But again, it is not worth the risk to actually eat gluten if you have celiac-so please do not do that! If you don't have any side effects from the product though, you may want to take some before you go out to eat to potentially protect yourself from accidental contamination by the restaurant.
