Better Nights and Days

I've been taking Natrol 5-htp and L-Tyrosine, 100 Grams (3.53 Oz) N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine (NALT) Bulk Powder as recommended by a close friend and I have been seeing a noticeable difference with them keeping my mood up - enough so that I'm going to continue to take these supplements.

I also noticed that I've been feeling much more refreshed and ready to take on the day in the morning. I have to wake up at at 4am for a 12 hour shift 4x week and it usually takes a good two hours for me to feel like I'm actually awake. I know these supplements aren't supposed to give you more energy but I have been sleeping much better and as a result I'm feeling much more energized during the day.

great stuff

I was on Lexapro for a few months but hated the side effects. I slowly got off the Lexapro, which wasn't any fun. Once off the Lexapro, I felt like I needed something still to help control the anxiety so I started taking 50mg of 5-HTP. It seemed to help almost right away. After being on the 50mg of 5-HTP for several months I found I could get a better deal on the 100mg amd there were times when I felt the 50mg wasn't cutting it. So I started taking the 100mg and everything was fine. Then I went to my Dr. and she felt I shouldn't take 5-HTP, she thought it could be causing me to have high blood pressure. So I stopped taking it, but still had high BP so I started taking medication for that. My anxiety came back and I'm back taking the 5-HTP. My Dr. just isn't familiar with the supplement so she doesn't recommend it, but it helps !!! I tried it her way, and I don't want to go back to her and have her put me on Zoloft or some other anti-depressent when this stuff works without the side effects of the presciption meds !!!

Life saver

This stuff really came to my rescue. I was going through a rough time and seeing a doctor to obtain a proper prescription was not an option. I did my research and found out about this stuff. Long story short, it really saved my life. After it got me back on my feet I weaved myself off and things were great. However due to my own stupid mistakes things aren't looking so well, yet again. Though I've started taking my 5htp (yes, I still have a good amount of tablets remaining, which says a lot about the great deal you're getting) and I'm already starting to feel better. Things that used to depress me for days I can now brush off in a few minutes. This allows me to be productive and take the necessary steps to fix my problems, rather than mope around and languish over them forever.
