Having a better "normal"

Taking an SSRI (Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor), like Paxil or Zoloft, etc., I reached a stage where my normal didn't feel "normal" anymore. I researched and read as much as I could about what sort of natural alternative could help, this is when I discovered Maca. I decided on this particular brand because I wanted to make sure that I was getting a substantial daily dosage (full dose is 1500mg, I have been taking 1000mg) without taking too much and potentially experiencing any side-effects. After approximately 2 weeks of taking this product, I can happily say that I can noticeably tell a difference in how I feel as well as my overall perspective. Without getting technical (because I get totally lost with that), Maca just seems to make you feel better, or to put it another way, if you have trouble sometimes dealing with the twists and turns in life's emotional rollercoaster, Maca will help to straighten the hypothetical track. I would highly recommend this product, but as always, do your research and make sure that it's right for your needs.

I am entering menopause and cannot take HRT because of cancer history. Even though I have a thyroid condition and am cautious about this product because of the warnings concerning that, so far it has been wonderful for me.

One of my major issues was low energy and I have noticed a significant increase. I workout regularly and whereas previously I would sometimes just have to quit in the middle of a workout, I no longer have that fatigue. I have not had any major hot flashes either.

A bonus is that I lost 8 pounds. I've leveled off now and really don't expect to lose much more 'cause I just love chocolate.

So far I am very pleased with this product, but am keeping a close eye on it because of my thyroid. But so far, so good!

On my second bottle...

Gives me energy and seems to left my mood among other positives. Plus, this brand is awesome for this price. Will definitely be purchasing more.
