 Helps you to deal with stress

If you suffer from anxiety Rhodiola may help you deal with it a little better, it helps me Pretty well, but not a complete cure, I still have my moments.I also use L tryptophan along with passhion flower and valerian root,hope this helps someone as an alternative to Prescription drugs.

life saver

I have BPD and found this very affective. It didn't help me with my stress, but it helped A LOT with making me happy and feeling optimistic and good about myself. If I didn't take this for one day I recognized that I felt different and that I need this. It isn't addictive or anything, but if you're suffering from a mental illness where you have an obsessive personality or are unstable, you might need this for the rest of your life. Honestly I think it's better than taking and needing SSRIs for the rest of your life. At least with this it's all natural and you can't really OD... I also found that when I took this at night I couldn't sleep because I was full of energy and too happy and excited. I dunno if it's just with my brain chemistry but whatever I love this stuff.

Rhodiola is an adaptogen herb. I use it to help with everyday stress.
I'm very impressed with the NOW company. I did check them out before purchase.
