I've seen a significant increase in my immune strength and recovery after intense workouts since i started taking bioastin. I do take 18mg a day on my workout days though as recommended by an article i read on natural news.

ENERGY in a Bottle!

I feel more energetic taking this product and that was the bottom line for me. But it is supposed to be helpful and support your health in so many ways, like joint and tendon health, helping to protect your skin from sun exposure (but I also use sunscreen),supporting your immune and cardiovascular system and these are just some of the benefit claims. I just know it seems to help my energy levels and that's what I was looking for.

Great Product

I liked this product. It came in a glass bottle. I prefer glass over plastic. Great thing is that it is vegetarian. It is a bit difficult to tell the benefits exactly but I can say I feel more energetic. It seems to me that it helps in sleeping. I take this usually in evening. Probably it helps in reducing BP as well. One thing seems sure that it protects the skin as I don't usually put sunscreen these days while going outdoor and I am fine.
