don't think I can live without!

I've been taking this vitamin since about 2000...when I run out and stop taking the vitamin, the change in my energy levels and general feeling of well being is extremely noticeable. I finally got my husband to start taking these a few years ago (he did not believe in vitamin supplements) and he is a convert. We make sure not to run out anymore. I do not think I could live my life without them....between working full-time, raising two kids, working out...I need as much energy as I can get and these really help. I am glad to see other reviewers feel the same. Studies have come out that say vitamins don't do much but I don't think this particular vitamin was included...because anyone who has used regularly will tell you it DOES make a difference. Btw, if taking the pill first thing in the morning bothers your tummy, try taking at night after dinner.

Really Good ONE A DAY Vitamins

I had purchased a bottle of these vitamins at a whole food store, and when it ran out, I checked to see if Amazon had them, and there they were. They are a very very good vitamin, and you don't have to take two or three twice or three times a day. I take this in the morning - one pill - and I'm good to go.
The pill is a little on the large size, but I've had several medications and supplements that were a good bit bigger. I've never had any trouble swallowing it, it's about the size of two aspirin laid next to each other.

this is it !!!

I ordered this product with many doubts to be honest. However I am extremely happy with the results. I just started using it 4 days ago and on the third day i began to feel myself great. It definitely affects the general energy level and mood. Usually I used to feel myself tired and sleepy during the day, now I feel all awake and productive. I made some research on the internet and found out that lack of b12 can cause low mood. At levels only slightly lower than normal, a range of symptoms such as fatigue, depression, and poor memory may be experienced. All in all this product rules..:)
