Excellent product. Best multivitamin for the money. Best multivitamin overall?

After taking these consistently for an extended period of time (over 1 year) I can tell you they drastically improved my energy levels and overall health. I look healthier, feel healthier and have plenty of energy throughout the day!

I commend Solgar for producing such a high quality product. These are vitamins your body can actually absorb. They provide a significant amount of your daily nutritional needs (so long as they are taken as recommended, twice daily with a meal). I recommend this product to everyone I know and have bought these vitamins for others! :)

WOW - Best Multivitamin

For the past few months, I have been taking NOW Foods ADAM Multivitamin. I was satisfied because it had all the ingredients of a standard multi. However, after taking this product for under a week, I can feel the difference. I have more energy and have a better outlook on life. I only take one a day, this product is powerful. If you are considering it, definitely buy it.
