Proven to work for my B12 deficiency

I have been using this B-12 for over a year now. My endocrinologist suggested it, since my oral diabetes medicine (metformin) seemed to be affecting my natural absorption of this vitamin, which he describes as needed for nerve health (and therefore a concern in diabetes patients, to avoid neuropathy) I take one in the morning, tucking it under my tongue as I get ready and commute into work. It does take a while to dissolve, because it is a fairly large pill, but it is usually gone in 15-20 minutes. It has a pleasant fruity taste, and is in the dosage range he advised. At first I tried a B multivitamin, but the amount of B12 in it was nowhere near what he wanted, and I would have to take too many pills (and end up with too much of all the other B vitamins, which I didn't need)

My B12 number has gone from too low, to outside the range on the high side. B12 has a low toxicity level and has no complications in most individuals, so he is not concerned that I'm outside the clinical range on the high side. (my lab sheet says the target range is 211-936 pg/mL - my latest two results have been hovering around 1500 - I believe I started in the 140s - very low)

Source Naturals is one of my favorite brands of supplements. I have been using their sublingual melatonin for over a decade. I believe them to be a trustworthy manufacturer, based on my experiences.

Great supplement for B12 deficiency

Like many others with a B12 deficiency, I've been having trouble with lack of energy and a bit of grumpiness. I had been using regular B12 supplements that I swallowed, and didn't feel like they were working very well after a month. After two weeks on these sublingual B12 vitamins, I noticed a peppy feeling in the mornings, more energy throughout the day, and a return of my good mood. I'm not sure if I was finally just on B12 long enough, but I think these did the trick.
Previous reviews have said these take a long time to dissolve, and I almost didn't buy them because of that. It only takes about 3-5 minutes with me for the tablet to dissolve. Flavor is great, like a sweet tart raspberry, and really it's a pretty small tablet.
Overall, I am very pleased with this product. It was a little more pricey than my previous B12, but these are 2000 mcg as opposed to the swallow 500 mcg I was taking, and the sublingual seem to work much better since they are not affected by stomach acid before they can be absorbed. I will be ordering these again.

Much needed for my low B12 levels

I was a bit nervous about this product after reading other reviews about how big the tablet was but decided to give it a try because the price was so great. My dr. recommended that I take 2000mcg of B12 every day after my levels came back really low. It was actually hard to find a 2000mcg tablet (most are 1000mcg but I didn't want to take 2). I compared this to the vitamin stores in the area and the price was well worth it, I got 3 bottles for less than the price of one at the vitamin stores. I've been taking this for about 1 1/2 months and think they really help, my energy level has definitely increased. I take them EVERY day without fail and I really don't find the size to be an issue (maybe just a tad bigger than a plain m&m). They do take about 10 mins to dissolve but they have a nice orange taste so that helps. The good thing about the pack of 3 is that I can now have one at home, one at work (just in case I forget to take at home), with a spare. I won't be buying for a while but when I finally do run out I would definitely purchase from this seller again, great price, great product, fast delivery...
