Chlorella is highly recommended by my massage therapist, my chiro and my dentist

Chlorella is reported to help with detoxing heavy metals, particularly mercury (think dentures, root canals and silver amalgam fillings here) and radioactive elements (there are some great articles on Natural News regarding Chlorella and radioactive pollutants!) For detoxing it was recommended to me to take on an empty stomach "or it will just become a great protein source when taken with food" per one of my natural health professionals. A "great protein source" means it includes essential amino acids.

Chlorella being a blue-green algae is indicated for the heart (green chakra) as well as the thyroid / throat (blue chakra) per ayurvedic medicine (India). My husband was given a dire prognosis of mere days to live due to his severe congestive heart failure (ejection fraction then was less than 15%) three years ago. He's still alive and counting his blessings so we're doing something right! :-)

This particular source of Chlorella seems to be of good quality at an exceptional price.

BE AWARE: Healing Crisis can occur anytime someone ramps up on a new program too rapidly. When the body begins detoxing too much at once the systems can become overwhelmed with possible symptoms ranging from fatigue, hives, white or red eruptions all over the body or any of a myriad of "reactions". When my husband began taking Chlorella the following day he was experiencing very bloody clots during elimination. We ramped him up on probiotics (in case it was a possible UTI) and continued the chlorella and within 3 days he was "back to normal". Obviously his body went into overdrive dumping *something* in those initial days... Just be aware of your body and realize some reactions can require close monitoring!

As with anything, do your homework and learn the adverse indications of taking any supplement.

Keep your liver healthy

This magical dark green tablet's Chlorella Growth Factor supposedly slows down the aging process, helps keep your liver and digestive system healthy, and assists w/ RNA and DNA production in repairing tissues. It also projects against certain toxins such as cadmium, lead and other heavy metals by binding w/ those heavy metals and excreting them out of the body. I've only been taking it a couple of weeks and cannot really say if it's working or not. But two things I have noticed- I no longer have reflux (seems magical) and it definitely promotes cleaning out of the GI tract (not like a laxative, more like if you ate a lot of fruit or vegetables in one day). Taking this supplement is more cost effective and convenient than trying to ingest the real thing, so I will happily take 2 tablets daily.

Amazing Product

I will be completly honest, I before taking this littel green pill I had strip the paint off the walls gas. Not only was it embarasing it prevented my wife from wanting to be around me. I took bean-o and it worked well, but it only worked it taken before a meal, as the directions said. However, for my problem I needed something that was going to be effective all the time. This is it. As far as side effects are concerned other than dark green poo and pee that is tinted green there are none. This stuff is also very benifical for health in general too. It helps clean the body of toxins, it helps regulate the metabolism, it helps the body absorb nutrients and minerals from food, and a whole host of other things.

I am not one of those guys who takes a truck load of vitamins and minerals everyday, nor would I advocate for others to do so. I would however reccomend everyone to take this, especially if you have bad smells eminating from the body. Now my wife loves to be around me!
