No problem swallowing these! I have to take extra magnesium every day and these are easy to swallow.

Years ago, my doctor gave me the thumbs up to take magnesium supplements for chronic muscle pain. It actually did help me, though I make no claims for anyone else. I was taking supplements I bought from that store with the gold card. They were good, but overpriced.

I am on my second purchase of the Sundown magnesium. I'm getting the same results at a far lower price. They may be inexpensive, but I had no problems switching brands. As far as my body knows, I'm still taking the pricey stuff.

I offer one caveat to those shopping around for an appropriate magnesium supplement (magnesium oxide). This form of magnesium absorbs a lot of water. No, not enough to dehydrate you, but if you tend to have loose stool, this will only make it worse.

Myself, I'm never paying those gold card prices again for magnesium!
