because I could not find a place to read the label - it contains an ingredient I did not want. I ordered it on the chance that it was ok. Wish I hadn't gotten it.

It's hard to stay on a 500 calorie diet I feel like I'm starving myself, my suggestions would be just watch what you eating and workout
