I like that these are spread out over a day which means I can take as few or as many during a day as I feel is appropriate in concert with my diet of the day. The result is that the vitamins are taken in over a period like our bodies do with food nutrients. I also like that they are in gel caps which are easier to swallow. The reputation of Thorne is top drawer and I trust them entirely. My doctor toured the Thorne manufacturing site and was very impressed by everything he saw. He recommended these vitamins to me.

severe neck pain from this product

I've tried to consume this product numerous times--each time I get the same result, severe and extreme neck pain...there is something not right about this product, something in it causing toxicity to the body.
