good supplement

I have no trouble at all taking these and they are very pure and good. I sometimes feel sick from other vitamins that are hard pills due to the binding agents and dyes. But because these are a powder filled capsule, I have had good results. No sick feeling after taking them and no side effects.

My dog takes this

My vet had suggested a B vitamin for my dog. I looked around for a good quality supplement. Found this. The label with how much of everything matched the canine versions, but the human version was priced lower. I've been givng my 64 lb dog one of these a day for over a year now. Just twist open a capsule and sprinkle the contents on his food.
