 Insoluble powder is not absorbed well

The powder in the capsules does not dissolve in water, and even taken with eggs in the morning, did not much seem to work. I was taking 7,500 a day for two months, and my blood level didn't budge from 28. I switched to an oil-based capsule.

 The best capsule

I really like this company and the vitamin D seems to work well. I have a liquid that I give my 6 year old autistic son by the same company. But when my vit D levels are nil, this brings them up fairly quickly.
