Calcium citrate is most easily absorbed in a capsule form

Based on my experience with vitamin supplementation, I highly recommend this product.

As a woman of 58 years of age, it is vital for me to use the right calcium supplementation. As we age, our body produces a significantly lower amount of the hormone Estrogen. Estrogen is responsible for the uptake of calcium into the bones. A recent bone density study that was performed on me indicated normal results. I have also observed that my finger nails are thicker and stronger.

I highly recommend TwinLab Calcium Citrate in capsule form.

Gets stuck in your windpipe!

These gelcaps get stuck in your windpipe real easily, so only take 1 cap at a time. Every time i take these they hurt all the way down to the stomach since they stick together, so maybe opening the caps and pouring the powder in a drink would be better. Also keep in mind each cap only provides 15% of your daily calcium value, so I literally take 6 of them a day. That's why u get 2 bottles!
