BIG B-12 BOOST in sublingual form

I've taken B-12 sublingually for years, to combat the fatigue of fibromyalgia. I notice a nice boost in my energy when I take it in the morning and had previously used another brand, 3000mcg a day with good results, however the extra 2000mcg (5000mcg total...) in the TwinLab B-12 Mega dots is a noticeable improvement!

This pack of 2 was well priced and the quality of TwinLabs made me confident of my purchase before it arrived. The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is that the flavor may be off putting to some and not as good as some other brands, but perhaps that's due to the high level of B-12 given in one dot? No matter... I'll continue to use them and would recommend them to others.

Chalky, doesn't dissolve well

I take supplements to combat fatigue due to a B-12 deficiency. I've tried three different brands, and this was by far the worst. It has a chalky taste, and doesn't dissolve correctly under my tongue. The 5000 mcg tablets from Twinlab leave me with significantly less energy than 2500 mcg tablets from other manufacturers. (FYI, the other brands I've tried are GNC's house brand and Total Nutrition. I don't have any complaints about either of those.)

High potency and tasty

There's a misconception that B-12 can only be absorbed if injected. It doesn't absorb efficiently in sublingual form, but at this dose should suffice for most. These dots taste good and have high potency. The brand is respected and they travel well.
