Review of Stak

I have used Pak, Stak, Flex, Nitro, and Pump. I have also learned a lot since I started training that I think will be valuable to others. First, this is a product that is supposed to help with strength and mass building. It is not Pump and doesn't give you an energy boost like Pump does when you're working out because that isn't its purpose.It did however, help me get results fast (increased muscle mass)in a month after putting on weight from an injury. It also helped me increase my strength. During this time I ate a fairly clean high protein diet and did 30 mins of cardio about 3-4 days a week. I slept around 7 hours and learned that more sleep helped training more than anything else. Something that the [...] website also advocates. My recommendation is that this product does what its supposed to, but you have to understand how to use it and your training.Tons of great advice and info on the [...] site and a blog if you need any advice. They even give you full workouts without signing up. Awesome!

Moderate lean gains

Animal Stak is very effective for someone looking to supplement with a natural testosterone boosting product. I used 2 bottles of Animal Stak (3 weeks on, 1 week off, 3 weeks on). It kicked in about the second week (maybe by the 9th or 10th day) when I noticed my skin was starting to get a little more oily, my overall reps in the gym were increasing a bit, and I had an uplifted, "Alpha male" feeling. After 2 bottles of use with a weightlifting plan I lost about 2 lbs but looked slightly more dense/thick. I was eating moderately strict but doing intense cardio twice per week. I still allowed a cheat meal about every other day mostly because Animal Stak made my appettite nearly uncontrollable. My strength had a slight boost over this 7 week period as well. Overall, I liked Animal Stak- it worked well for my physique goals at the time (slight recomposition/maintanance). I had lean gains in muscle but I lost a couple lbs. of fat in my abdominal region, while eating moderately strict (3,000 calories/day at about 205 lbs.) I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a natural boost in testosterone aiming to accomplish a slight body recomp.

Animal Stak review

Some mild acne as a result of this but no agression or temper which is what I was worried about. Got a few gains from this stak, ive gone up on all lifts but I'm also taking superpump so it's not fully this product. Definetly going to take again soon.
