I'm a female who needed a preworkout supplement but wasn't finding one that I loved. I tryed NO-XPLODE, Black Magic, and a few others before someone told me Jack3d is great because it doesn't have any of the extra fillers in it and requires much smaller amounts to get desired results.
All of this sounded great because NO-XPLODE had been giving me crazy heartburn and wasn't really giving me any results anymore and was not worth the money I was spending. Plus I wasn't a huge fan of the taste.
I came home and read more reviews for Jack3d and first purchased the fruit punch flavor. I'm glad I only paid attention to the one scoop "black box" warning because about 30 mins after taking I had a definate caffeine rush and a bit of a high. I was at the gym an hr after taking and both my cardio and strength were increased significantly. I ran almost 2mph faster than my usual "very strenuous" level for double the time. I also lifted at least 10 lbs heavier on almost all sets. I did get a bit of a niacin rush the first two times I took it and my palms got itchy, but no longer occurs. My recovery is a lot faster when I use Jack3d and I have none of the heartburn and gross negative symptoms I got with other supplements. I only mix 1 scoop with 4-5 oz of ice water and that is plenty.
I definately like the Rasberry Lemonade flavor over the fruit punch. It actually tastes like a sweet tangy treat with no supplement/medicinal flavor to it. The fruit punch I definately had to chug down. It had an after taste to it as well and I wasn't a fan.
There is also no artificial colors, and although i'm no organic or go green health food person, it made me feel a lot better about taking it as opposed to the neon colors of other supplements

I now take 2 scoops approximately 1hr before workouts because I've found that is when it really is at a good level in my body to be most effective. I've also been known to take it some mornings when my 2 year old has kept us up all night before.

Walking through walls

This supplement is like turbo charging your human body with crack cocaine and making your muscle operate like a mad machine. You will be able to walk through walls, tear apart doors, shoot laser beams from your cornea, save women and children from burning buildings, and lastly cure AIDS worldwide. I'm only kidding..it gets even better.

You will be able to lift heavier weights with more reps at a longer duration. Your body's response to lactic acid build up will be ignored because Jack3d has Beta-Alanine in the ingredients which also reduces the amount of lactic acid being produced. The key ingredient in Jack3d is the 1,3-Dimethylamylamine and caffeine. The perfect mixture of these two primary ingredients with the rest of the secondary ingredients is a USP labs company secret formula. =o

It is highly concentrated and only takes one small scoop and a small glass of water to get you started. The drawbacks include tolerance of course but you can avoid this issue by taking caffeine pills or liquids on off days when not taking Jack3d. So far, I managed to stay within the standard one scoop without increasing the dosage by rotating on and off the Jack3d with caffeine itself.

I eat slow digestive carbohydrates (brown rice, oatmeal, whole grains) 1 hour before I lift and I take 1 scoop of Jack3d 10 minutes before actually lifting. This has worked for me.

I haven't tried the other flavors except Raspberry Lemonade and I don't feel the need to further explore any other flavors. Jack3d Raspberry Lemonade tastes just like Gatorade, and is very tasty....magnificent!

Another Female Perspective

I decided to try Jack3d because I was tiring out after stacking workouts. While it didn't make me as crazy energetic as some of the reviews suggest, it did keep me from getting fatigued and allowed me to make it through 3 hours of martial arts and CrossFit workouts without losing any steam. Probably not the healthiest thing to do to your body, though, so be sure to drink plenty of water to offset the diuretic effects of all that caffeine and drink a recovery shake when you're done working out.
