Here's my honest assessment of this product.

I started using Yok3d 10 days ago. I started taking it with lunch along with my usual 2 Prime pills. After 3 days I notice a major increase in strength and vascularity; however, I did not feel any pump at all. Today I decided to try taking it on a empty stomach or 2 hours after my initial lunch. The pump was insane!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The strength seems to get better and better each day..my muscles seem fuller and bigger and now that I've found the right timing and formula (I take 4 pills 90-120 minutes before my workouts), the sky is the limit!!

It is true what most users say..you have to find what dosage and timing works for you. I started out with 3 pills with lunch and waited 2 hours to hit the gym..the strength, focus and vascularity were great but NO PUMP! Once I decided to take it on an empty stomach or 2 hours after a meal, that's when I noticed the full of effect of it!

I am currently on my second bottle of Prime and Powerful. Also I stack Yok3d with Jack3d 30 minutes before I hit the weight and people look at me wondering what the hell I'm on lol! I recommend taking 4 pills right off the bat if you weight over 150lbs and on an empty stomach!! Try it, you'll be glad!!!!

I give it a solid B+. The reason I do not give it an A is because of the timing having to be "just right" or else you will not experience the full effect and benefits of it!!

Amazing price for an equally amazing product, I noticed my pump getting much higher with then than with Jack3d alone.

Want an great pump, use Yok3d. When you want results, give this product a try. I addad Yok3d to my regiment of protein and creatine for 12 weeks and let me tell you can I see the difference.
