Great product!

As I said in a previous review,I am very skeptical when it comes to vitamins and supplements.Many do not do what they claim.I decided to give this a try since I have fibromyalgia,arthritis and do no sleep well at night.I have to say ,these have given me more energy.I have been taking them now for at least 6 months.I just ordered another 3 bottles.Highly recommend,and by the way they taste Great!!!!!!!

A few months ago, my neurologist had tested my blood for my B12 levels. When the results came back, he said my levels were too low (known as pernicious anemia) and I was going to need to start receiving B12 monthly injections. Before making the commitment to the injections (my doctor said I would have to be on them for the rest of my life), I ordered these as a last resort because I am not good at swallowing pills. As the directions said, I took two every day for a little over a month before calling the doctor to recheck my B12 levels. He seemed skeptical, but when the results came in, his exact words were, "Well, your experiment worked." My levels were no longer too low. I know a lot of people have been complaining about the potency levels, but I am living proof that these vitamins work! They can be taken in addition to a multivitamin for more nutrients. Not only that, but they taste great, too, which makes them easy to remember!

Little, Not as Big

Received this Bottle recently...I was very happy to open them...They were tiny even though I expected them to be a bit bigger but you can still taste their rasberry flavor
