Effective and Inexpensive.

I had no idea what L-Arginine was until a couple of months ago. I found that it was one of the main ingredients in a pre-workout energy drink mix that I was using, and so I did some research and shopping around to find a cheaper source, since the drink mix was nearly $3 per serving (one serving contained 2500mg L-Arginine).

I ended up buying this bottle, along with a bottle of Source Natural 1000mg tablets to try out.

Well, this one wins. And here's why.

First of all, this pill is 1250mg L-Arginine and 750mg L-Ornithine. Supposedly, they're good to take together. Any evidence to this effect seems to be speculative or anecdotal, at least from the short time I spent looking it up. Point is, I guess it can't hurt to have both. The pills are nearly the same size, so you may as well take this one, since the other one is only 1000mg L-Arginine with nothing else.

Second, they're slightly cheaper per gram. The 300-count bottle sold here, if you do the math, is approximately 9.8 cents per 1000mg L-Arginine. The source Natural tablets (sold in a 2-pack of 100 tablet bottles for 200 tablets total) comes out to 11.5 cents per 1000mg L-Arginine.

Third, the Source Natural pills are big, white chalky tablets that taste awful. I don't have a problem swallowing large tablets, but that doesn't mean I enjoy it. :) On the other hand, these are gelatin capsules, and they go down really easily.

Apparently there are a number of good reasons to take these. Personally, I take them as a workout supplement, about 30-45 minutes before starting. I'm currently taking 3500mg (two of these and one Source Natural tablet to get rid of them) before each workout. The difference is noticeable. The actual time I can keep up a given exercise before resting is significantly longer. Once I'm ready to rest, it's only a couple of minutes before I'm ready to go again. When in a group, I'm always the last one that's ready to leave the gym. As a result, the pace with which I am getting back into shape has increased since taking the supplement.

Highly recommended. Seriously.

Works for erections and women's sensitivity for orgasms

When my boyfriend told me he was having stronger erections while taking an eas supplement we decided to break down the ingredients. We found out it was the arganine. Since I've always had trouble orgasming, he advised taking some arganine to enhance the blood flow to those areas. I figured I'd give it a try, and if anything it would help my workouts. Well I saw a difference within a day of taking it. I have more endurance in my workouts, and in the sexual regard, I noticed I'm maybe 10% more engorged (thats a guess.). And my sensitivity increased nicely. A noticeable difference, and though I'm only on day 4 or 5, I came VERY close to orgasm within 15 mins of play, where as it would normally take 45mins to an hour possibly, and I just never finished.

I can see this product helping women who aren't interested in taking drugs to give themselves a boost in the bedroom. Its an amino acid, so it is healthier than a drug. And you'll feel the effects quickly. I'm glad I got it. Cheap, and I can see it will help me get past any issues.

This helped me lower my blood pressure

This with no diet or exercise change has lowered my blood pressure from 131/90 to 118/75 over four months. WOW
