On my second bottle!!

I ordered a bottle through amazon probably back in april and LOVED it! I noticed that I was losing inches off my waist and all around really. I go to the gym about 5 days a week, with about 30 minutes of cardio and then strength training and let me tell you! I would sweat up a storm, leaving the front of my tank top under my boobs soaking wet as well as the seat of my pants. I even went down from a D to a C cup. I've been dieting and watching what I consume (NOT obsessing) but sometimes you've just got to have that milkshake or mashed potatoes and this product has really helped me reach my goals without sacrficing everytime I "slip up". I stacked it with Revolutions Ab Cuts and can see more definition in my mid-section now (after gaining 45 lbs with my pregnancy 4 years ago) than I did when I looked my best in high school 6 years ago.

I stopped taking the product about a month and half ago mainly because I ran out and wanted to see what my results would be without it and also because it makes me somewhat hot during the day and living here in NC with all the humidity in the summer wasn't a good combo. I started to feel more sluggish in my workouts, I wasn't feeling or seeing results and actually gained a few pounds back and my pants got a little tighter in the tummy sooooo I bought another bottle last week. I immediately feel better when I take it and it's about $15-30 cheaper here depending on which store you're
in that sells it. All in all, I've lost about 15 lbs using this and don't plan to stop!

As far as side effects, I haven't had sleep loss or chest pains or anything along those lines. I've taken thermogenics in the past that made my stomach feel like someone was stabbing me but not with this! It makes me a little more thirsty but drinking more water isn't such a bad thing is it? I don't feel jittery during the day and take one with breakfast, another about 20 minutes before lunch and another about 30 minutes before my workouts each day. I would say that if you haven't tried this product yet, you don't have a whole lot to lose even if you're not in the gym every day trying to improve your body. I know that just for ME, I work for a bank and just sit on my butt ALL day and this helps me feel like I'm not getting a lard-azz at work lol. Sorry this is so long but it's the only product I've ever bothered to write a review on simply because it WORKS!!

VPX Meltdown Review

I am female, 24 yrs old. Purchased this about a month ago. The first week, I took one pill daily. Then slowly moved up to two pills daily around the second and third week. I take one prior to my morning workout, and then a second around 2-3 PM. I don't plan on increasing my dosage to 3 pills, I feel like that will be a bit much.
So far the results...
Positives: Gave good and lasting non-jittery energy for about 6 hours, kept me in a positive mood, made me feel happier and more sociable towards others, helped kick up my metabolism (can feel a slight warm burning feeling inside from time to time), gave me more energy and stamina during workouts (esp. if I took it 30mins. prior to working out), increased my visual focus (made everything seem a bit brighter/vivid).
Negatives: I could feel some appetite suppression for a few hours, but it did little with actual suppression throughout the WHOLE day. I still find myself with cravings. Do not take this and drink any more caffeine afterwards (coffee, tea etc.), and do not take this anytime after 3PM or so. Consequently, I actually had a weird scary trip at the end of the night...like I was on a bad trip on shrooms or something. Not doing that again :(
On a last note, I've already been steadily losing weight before starting VPX meltdown. I was losing a healthy 1-2lbs a week. So far, I am still losing the same amount but I've cut down on cardio and increased strength exercise. Obviously, it is important to know that this is NOT a miracle pill. I mostly use it for energy and stamina throughout the day, and for some of it's appetite suppressing benefits. I've lost about 8 - 10lbs. so far by eating smaller & healthier meals, strength training/cardio about 4 - 5 times a week, and on top of that taking VPX! Once I am done with the bottle, I am hoping I'll be down to my goal weight, 120 lbs. I will then decrease my dosage of VPX and just use it for anytime I might need an extra boost of energy. Other than that, I don't recommend anyone using this product for life, it should only be temporary!

Best Fat Burner on the Market

I've tried nearly every thermogenic over the years. In the old days, we'd take the ECA stack. Then there was Ripped Fuel. Once ephedrine and ephedra were no longer legal, thermogenics started to suck.

Finding a worthwhile thermogenic has been a challenge. Most just load themselves up with caffeine so that you get a buzz. When people can feel a buzz, they think a product must be working. There is much more to thermogenics than a caffeine rush.

VPX gives you feelings of well being in addition to thermogenesis.
